The procedure for filing a complaint is the same for buyers and sellers. Here we demonstrate how to file a complaint as a buyer:

How to File A Complaint (on Web)

① After an order gets matched, it can be found in "Fiat Order"-"Current Order" or "Completed Orders". Find the correct order and click "File A Complaint".


② On this page, you can upload images and tell us about the problem. Hit "Confirm and Submit" when you are done editing the complaint.


③ After filing a complaint, you can view the order under "Disputed Orders".



How to File A Complaint (on App)

① On the "Instant" page, click on the top-right ledger icon and enter the "Order" page. Select "Unpaid/Paid" to find the order.



② Enter the order detail page and click on "Appeal".


On this page, you can upload images and tell us about the problem. Click "SUBMIT" when you are done editing the complaint.


④ After submission, the complaint can be viewed in "Order" - "In Dispute".



*Note: a
fter submitting the appeal, our personnel will verify and handle it per the process, then reply to you in the area of the appeal.
