How to start a live chat with Gate.io customer service agents on website:
You can click on the " " icon on the top right of the front page——“Customer Support”——“Live Chat”.
A window as shown below will pop up.
You will see FAQs in different categories. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, type your
question in the box below and click "Send".
If you need a real person to answer
your questions, click on "contact human customer service". Alternatively, you can type "human
customer service" and send it to request to chat with a Gate.io agent.
How to start a live chat with Gate.io customer service agents on app:
Open Gate.io mobile app. Log in to
your account. Click on the profile icon and go to "Customer Support" - "Contact
Support".
Alternatively, you may also go to "Customer Support" by clicking on the customer service icon on the top right of the front page.
In "Customer service connection", you will see FAQs in different categories. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, type your question in the box below and click "Submit".
If you want to talk to a human customer service agent, type "human customer service" and send the message. Then click on "Contact human customer service".
