In order to reward platform users, Gate.io will officially launch the "Gate Web3 Startup" on July 3, 2023, with episodic airdrops for blockchain projects. Gate Web3 Wallet users will be able to get a _iety of tokens airdrop benefits by participating in the Web3 Startup.
## 1. What is Gate Web3 Startup?
Gate Web3 Startup is a token issuance platform for the Web3 innovation project. Users can easily participate in the Startup by bridging to the Gate Web3 Wallet and as a reward get free token airdrops.

## 2. How to participate? 
1. Download or update to the newest Gate.io App
2. Switch to Web3 (the web feature is about to go live, stay tuned!)
3. Create or import a Gate Web3 Wallet
4. Click on the Web3 homepage 'Startup'
5. Select the project icon in the "In Progress" section to jump to the details page, and subscribe.

## 4. Unity Token (UNT) Startup Sale Rules
（1）Duration: 09:00 July 3, 2023 - 08:00 July 10, 2023 (UTC) (Orders placed by qualified users within these 24 hours will be treated equally)
（2）Trading Start Time: 12:00 pm July 10, 2023 (UTC)

（3）Price: 0 USDT
（4）Startup Supply: 166,666 UNT
（5）Unlock rule: 100% unlock.
（6）Users with an EVM chain asset amount ≥ $500 in the Gate Web3 Wallet can participate in the subscription. The higher the number of assets in the EVM chain of the Gate Web3 Wallet, the greater the number of subscribed shares.
（7）The maximum subscription limit for a single user is 1500 shares. This is the relationship between the assets in the EVM chain of the Gate Web3 Wallet and the maximum subscription allocation.

## 5. Gate.io Labs Private Sale Participating Disclosure
Gate.io Labs hasn’t participated in the Unity Token (UNT) investment.

## 6. Web3 Startup-related instructions 
(if there are any changes, the subsequent announcement shall prevail)
（1）Users with an EVM chain asset balance ≥ 500 USD or equivalent in the Gate Web3 Wallet can participate in the subscription. The higher the balance of wallet assets, the higher the subscription limit. (EVM chains include: GateChain, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, Avalanche, etc.)
（2） The maximum subscription limit for a single user is 1500 shares. The higher the balance of wallet assets, the higher the subscription limit.

（3）Users need to ensure that there is sufficient balance (exceeding the purchase value) in their Gate Web3 Wallet after placing the orders until we distribute the tokens. An insufficient balance will result in the cancellation of the purchase order.
（4）We will collect all the qualified orders and distribute the tokens according to the ratio of the individual purchase orders to the purchase orders in total. The final result will be announced before trading starts.   The airdropped assets are converted into USDT settlement based on the average price in the first hour of opening, and airdropped to the web3 perpetual futures account for users to trade or withdraw freely.
