How to Participate:
Step 1: Visit the Activity Page
Step 2: Complete easy tasks to win Gateballs
Step 3: Invest Gateballs to predict the match winner/ score.
Step 4: If prediction is correct, share the prize pool in proportion to the Gateballs invested.
What are the prizes:
The whole world cup gala has a total of 64 games, and we have prepared $770,000 mega prizes for participants to share! The details are as follows:
*Note:
1) Participants are able to predict the winner or score of each world-cup match and invest Gateballs as chips for the predictions.
2) If prediction correct, the reward will be distributed as per the following formula:
Reward = the Prize Pool * (Your Invested Gateball / All Gateballs in the Winning Side)
For example, Jack predicted the score of Qatar VS. Ecuador with 200 Gateballs, and win. The total Gateballs invested for the correct score is 2,000 and the prize pool is $5,000. Then Jack can receive: $5,000 * (200 / 2,000) = $500 rewards.
Top Ranking Rewards
1. Top 20 in the “Gateball Leaderboard” in the activity period are able to share a prize pool of $2,000 in proportion to their invested Gateballs respectively.
2. Top 20 in the “Winning-rounds Leaderboard”in the activity period are able to share a prize pool of $2,000 in proportion to their winning rounds respectively.
How to Win Gateball?
Complete the following easy tasks to receive Gateball for your predictions.
Task 1: Trade to win Gateball
Every $100 spot trading volume will win you 1 Gateball.
*The spot volumes shall be from all the USDT spot trading pairs on Gate.io (BTC/USDT excluded).
Task 2: Refer Friends to Win Gateball
The referrer will receive 20 Gateball for each referee with KYC2 completed.
Besides, the referrer will receive another 5 Gateball if the referee completes a $200 spot volume in the activity period.
*Up to 100 new users can be invited by a referrer during the activity period.
Task 3: New User Exclusive
New users who register on Gate.io and complete KYC2 verification will receive 20 Gateball.
If completing a spot volume of $200 in the activity period, another 10 Gateball will be rewarded.
Task 4: Participate in Startup to Win Gateball
Every subscription of one Startup project will win you 2 Gateball.
Task 5: Sharing Prize
Share the activity on Twitter and win 1 - 10 Gateballs. (The first-time sharing only.)
Note:
1. Every participant who visits the Activity Page will receive 1 - 10 gift Gateballs to invest into winner/score prediction and share a part of the prize pool.
2. Participants shall make their predictions and invest Gateballs at any time before the opening of each match.
3. Once you’ve made your prediction, you can invest more Gateballs for the prediction as many times as you can, but you can no longer change the prediction.
4. The entry standard is 10 Gateball with no ceilings in each winner / score prediction round respectively.
5. Each participant can accumulate a maximum of 400 Gateball each time. If reached, he/she must invest some or all for prediction before continuing to accumulate.
6. All the spot volumes to win Gateballs in the tasks shall be from the USDT spot trading pairs on Gate.io (BTC/USDT excluded).
7. The Gateball will be distributed about 10 minutes after completing the required trading volume.
8. In the score prediction round, the score at the end of the match (extra time included) shall prevail. If entering shoot-out, the shoot-out score shall prevail.
9. Score prediction is more largely to win you greater rewards due to the long odds.
10. The prize will be distributed in the equivalent of random tokens on a T+3 working day basis.
11. A total of $16,000 rewards is for our social media promotions, please stay tuned.
12. KYC2 (KYC Plus) is required to be valid for the prizes.
13. The Sub-Accounts and a Master Account will be treated as the same account.
14. Any cheating behavior is prohibited. An occurrence of any dishonesty will result in the disqualification of the prizes.
15. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
