How to trade ETHS and ETHW on our website：

Step1. Log in on the Gate.io Web and find your ETH on Wallet-Spot Account

And then log in your account, click the Wallet on the top right of home page and then click Classic Account-Spot Account.

Step2. Enter the "Spot Account" page, search for "ETH" in the search box, and click "Trade" on the right side of "ETHS/ETHW".

Take the ETHS_USDT trading market as an example.

How to trade ETHS and ETHW (on App):

Step1. Open Gate.io mobile app, log in to your account, click "Exchange" at the bottom of the page, enter the "Spot" page, search "ETH" in the search box at the top left corner, then you can choose "ETHS" or "ETHW" trading market.

ETHW trading: Gate.io APP --> Exchange -->select ETHW on the top left corner

Please Notice:
Gate.io will take a snap of ETHS before the ETH 2.0 upgrade. If the hard fork is successful, ETHS will be exchanged to upgraded ETH at a rate of 1:1, and ETHS will be removed from the market. The PoW chain with the highest calculation power will be the main chain for ETHW, if changing the token symbol is needed, we will respect the advices from our community .

If there no forking after the update, ETH will continue to serve as the token symbol for this chain. Customers can exchange ETHS and ETHW to upgraded ETH at a rate of 1:1. At the same time, all ETHS & ETHW related market will be removed.
