According to the RADIX article, the RADIX token is the native token of the Radix Public Network, with ticker XRD, and the E-RADIX token is the wrapped representation of XRD on Ethereum, with the ticker EXRD. As Gate.io has now supported both ERC20 and mainnet RADIX tokens, we will change the ticker from EXRD to XRD to reduce confusion. After the ticker change, users can still choose either type of tokens when depositing or withdrawing at Gate.io.
Below are more details:
1) Gate.io has now suspended the margin lending of RADIX tokens, no more new RADIX loans are allowed. Before May 31, 2022 , 4:00 AM UTC, Gate.io will close RADIX deposits and withdrawals in preparation for the ticker change.
2) Starting 31 May, 04:00（UTC）, Gate.io will take RADIX (EXRD) trading (spot, margin, quantitative trading) offline and cancel all open orders.
3）Users who have borrowed RADIX (EXRD) should repay the loan and close the outstanding positions beforehand. Otherwise, the loan will be auto-repaid and the outstanding positions will be closed on 31 May.
4) Users who have RADIX (EXRD) quantitative trading (grid trading included) should adjust their trading strategies beforehand. Any RADIX (EXRD) quantitative trading will be canceled on 31 May.
5) When Gate.io completes the ticker change, we will reopen RADIX markets, with the updated ticker $XRD. (The RADIX markets reopen time will be announced later)
