According to the DREP announcement, as part of the DREP 2.0 Upgrade Plan, the legacy DREP will be swapped for the upgraded DREP at the swap ratio of 100:1. Gate.io will support the token swap and swap all the DREP tokens on Gate.io for users.
The swap ratio : 100:1 (for each 100 legacy DREP token, they get 1 upgraded DREP token)

Gate.io’s DREP token swapping planning:
1) Starting from March 25, 1:00 AM UTC, Gate.io will close DREP deposits and withdrawals.
2) Starting from March 25, 4:00 AM UTC, Gate.io will stop DREP trading and bring DREP markets offline, and swap DREP to the upgraded DREP.
3) When Gate.io completes the token swap, we will commence upgraded DREP token trading (The time will be announced as soon as we complete the token migration).
Important Notice: After this token swap, the value of the upgraded DREP would be 100 times that before the swap, without considering other factors that might impact the price. Please pay close attention to the price when you place orders.
If your DREP tokens are on Gate.io, you do not need to do anything in particular. If you want to get your DREP migrated effortlessly on Gate.io, please deposit your DREP token to Gate.io before March 25.
After this swap, Gate.io will support the upgraded DREP only. If you deposit the legacy DREP tokens to Gate.io, you may withdraw them to your personal wallet and swap yourself before the deadline 1st Sept, 2021 (Block height: #13162200)
