In order to improve user experience and solve the problem that deposits take too long due to blockchain congestion or other reasons, Gate.io has launched the "self-help acceleration" feature. If you had made a deposit and waited for a longer time than usual before it was complete or cannot find the deposit record, you may use the "self-help acceleration" feature to accelerate the process.
You can check your balance to see whether the deposit is successfully credited about 5-30 minutes after submitting the acceleration request. If it is still not, you may choose to keep waiting 60 minutes or submit a ticket to seek help from our customer service agents. How to use the Self-help acceleration feature?
Step 1: Log into your Gate.io account on App. Click on "Wallet" - "Deposit".
Alternatively, go to "Spot Account", search the target coin in the search box, and then click "Deposit".
Step 2: Step 2: Click on "Onchain Deposit".
Step 3: Select the network.
Step 4: After selecting the deposit coin, on the new page click on the "?" icon in the upper-right corner.
Step 5: Click "Self-help Acceleration" on the FAQ page.
Step 6: Select the blockchain you used and click "next" to proceed
Step 7: Enter the TxID and click "Confirm" to submit the self-help acceleration request.
