    PowerPool is a protocol that provides a convenient solution for collecting governance tokens. With it, token holders can borrow, collect and borrow governance tokens in Ethereum based agreements to earn income and accumulate governance capabilities. The mission of PowerPool is to improve the practicality of governance tokens, benefit all end users, and provide a more robust and powerful decision-making system for the defi ecosystem. CVP is the native governance token of PowerPool, and has the following use cases: voting on platform governance (parameter change of supported liquidity pool, collateral type, liquidity mining reward allocation, etc.). Vote to determine how aggregated governance tokens vote in support of each governance decision in supported protocols. The PowerPool protocol consists of the following components working together: power index: decentralized financial index managed by the community, meta governance and fund management strategies using aggregated governance tokens. The power index pool token (pipt) is a token that represents the share in the index. Power oracle: a distributed cross chain price oracle that uses uniswap V2 as the main data source of time weighted average price (twap). Power Oracle allows token holders to pledge CVP, request and record data from the Oracle, and receive CVP rewards in return.
