In order to improve user experience and alleviate the problem of transactions taking too long due to network traffic and other reasons, Gate.io has launched the "self-help acceleration" feature. When you make a deposit and it is taking a longer time than usual for the deposit to complete, or the record of the deposit is missing, you can use the "self-help acceleration" feature to accelerate the process.

Please wait patiently for 5-30 minutes after submitting the acceleration request to see if it is credited. If it is still not, you can continue to wait for 60 more minutes or submit a ticket. (Help center article on how to submit a ticket: https://www.gate.io/en/help/guide/common/23119)

How to use the self-help acceleration feature

Step 1: Log into your Gate.io account. Click "Wallet" - "Classic Account" - "Spot Account".

Step 2: Click "Deposit" to enter the deposit page where you can select from a list of coins, or you can directly search a coin you want to deposit in the search box.

Step 3: Select the coin that is going to be deposited. Scroll down to the "Self-help acceleration" button, then click on it.

Step 4: Select the category of GateChain. Then click on "Next".

Step 5: Enter the transaction hash (TxID) and click on "OK".

Step 6: Wait patiently after submitting the request for acceleration.
