According to the BitcoinCash ABC (BCHA) rebranding announcement, BitcoinCash ABC will be rebranded to eCash (XEC) , and base unit will be changed so that 1,000,000 XEC = 1 BCHA. Gate.io will support the rebranding and token re-denomination for all the BCHA users on Gate.io.
1）On July 2nd at 4:00 AM UTC ,Gate will suspend the BCHA spot trading, and swap tokens at the ratio of 1BCHA：1,000,000 XEC.
2） Gate.io has already closed $BCHA loan in the margin trading markets.On July 2nd, 4:00 AM UTC, Gate.io will close any open BCHA position, repay any outstanding BCHA loan, and close the BCHA margin trading markets. Existing BCHA borrowers should repay their BCHA loan before July 2nd 4:00 AM.
3）On July 2nd at 4:00 AM UTC, Gate.io will close BCHA perpetual contract positions at market prices and terminate BCHA perpetual contracts trading market. If you have any BCHA perpetual contract position, please close beforehand.
After the token swap, Gate.io will open XEC spot trading markets. Time of XEC trading commencement, deposit and withdrawal opening will be announced later.
