Global crypto coin platfom Gate.io has announced OpenPunks, a community-focused collection of NFTs.
Giant cryptocurrency exchange Gateio has announced that the OpenPunks project, which is limited to a total of 10,000 NFTs, will be launched.Gateio committed to purchasing OpenPunks at the original price a year after its release.
A Step into NFT World by Gate.io
Global cryptocurrency platform Gateio has announced OpenPunks, a community-driven NFT collection aimed at stimulating the creativity of users and inspiring an integrated community in their work to foster the NFT ecosystem.According to Gateio, OpenPunks is the world's first community-driven NFT collection.OpenPunks is built on Gateio's public blockchain GateChain ecosystem and uses the company's NFT Magic Box marketplace for trading.NFT sales volume exceeded $2.5 billion in the first six months of 2021, according to Reuters data.There has been a signal of high demand for NFTs around the world.Recently, Visa bought CryptoPunk NFT for about $150,000.
A Chance to be more Creative for Users
There will be a total of 10,000 OpenPunk, consisting of different combinations of features, on the platform.Users can purchase these custom sets and use them to create their own NFT artwork in OpenPunks format by viewing them as an image or video.OpenPunks can be traded or sold on the Gateio NFT Magiz marketplace.In the statement made by Gateio, the following important points were mentioned:
“Gateio users will be able to create their own OpenPunk based on many different attributes, including character type, hair color, skin color, role and more.OpenPunk combinations will be completely generated by the system, and users will be able to choose the ones that resonate the most. Since OpenPunks are built with layered features, users will be able to update them at any time.”
Gateio Head of Marketing, Marie Tatibouet, stated that OpenPunks total editions will be limited to 10,000 NFTs.With a special buyback plan, Gateio guaranteed to buy OpenPunks back at the original price one year after publication.
