According to IPFS Filecoin official, Filecoin mainnet is going to launch at block Epoch 148888, around October 15th, 2020. Currently, it is yet unknown from which block height the release should start , which will impact the FIL (IOU) release rate as a whole. One practice to implement the release is to change the current FIL (IOU) to FIL6 and list FIL at Gate.io when FIL mainnet goes live; then Gate.io will swap FIL6 to FIL regularly based on the released portion.
