◾ If your invitees have met the two requirements at the same time, the superior one of the two conditions will be evaluated to get you the spinning chances.
✦ Step 3 — Click on "Invite Friends to Register" & get more spinning chances.
✦ Step 4 — Click on "Claim" & officially get the subscription shares to participate in Startups.
Participants need to click on "Claim" to get the shares.
💡Hint:
◾ Subscription shares can be accumulated from multiple spinnings by the end of each round. If you haven't clicked on "Claim" by the end of each round, the shares you have got will be cleared; but you can win new shares by spinning the lucky wheel again in the next round.
◾ Once participants click on "Claim" and decide to get the Startup participation shares for this round, the shares will be settled and cannot be changed, and the rest of the spinning chances, if there are any, will be cleared, so please make sure to use up all the spinning chances.
◾ In terms of the VIP level that participants already have, only when the shares they get from spinning are more than those of their VIP level, they can claim the more shares to participate in Startups.
✦ Step 5 — Participate in Startup Subscription
After clicking on "Claim" and getting the shares for one round, participants can participate in Startups.
💡Hint:
The validity period of the shares in one round lasts for 5 days as of the time when participants claim the prize. And users can participate in the subscription of all ongoing Startup projects with the shares before they expire.

1. "All your invitees" means the invitees who register since 16:00 (UTC), December 31st, 2021 or during this event period;
2. Trading volume = buy volume + sell volume;
3. Only the spot trading volume or spot asset of the invitees who have completed KYC1 and above verification will be counted;
4. Users need to complete KYC2 verification to claim the Startup participation shares;
5. Every user in each round can have up to 1,000 shares of Startup subscription;
6. The Sub-Accounts and a Master Account will be treated as the same account; multiple accounts with the same KYC verification information will be deemed as the same account; the spot asset and spot trading volume of the Sub-account won’t be counted as that of Master Account.
7. Cheating in any form is prohibited. An occurrence of any dishonesty will result in the disqualification of the prizes;
8. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
