A rising flag
A flag is a consolidation, consolidation pattern that often occurs in the middle of a long-term trend that is rapidly rising or falling, and almost never occurs at bull market tops and bear market bottoms.
After the completion of the rising flag, most choose to break up and continue to rise, so it is called the rising flag.
Most of the time, the flag itself tends to be the entire mid-term trend when a long-term trend corrects or rebounds. Therefore, after the finishing of the rising flag, it will continue to rise; after the finishing of the falling flag, it will continue to fall. As shown below:
The technical characteristics of the rising flag
(1). Appear in the rising market
(2). The currency price rises at a steep angle with almost no pause, forming a flagpole. Then the currency price began to adjust, forming a price-intensive area with little fluctuation and a slight downward slope. By connecting the high and low points of the dense area, two parallel lines can be drawn to form the flag.
(3). In the process of flag formation, the overall trading volume decreases gradually

After the rising flag breaks the upper line of the flag, the market outlook is bullish, which is a buy signal
