Gate.io has launched the 7th round of the 7th-anniversary BTC Lock-up & Earn at 4:00 GMT, on June 10th (Wednesday). The total amount was 200 BTC with an annual interest rate of 10%. Users were very eager to take part in the activity, and consequently, all the provided BTC was sold out in a little over 30 minutes after the commencement of this ‘Lock-up & Earn’ edition.

There were 272 participants in total in this ‘Lock-up & Earn’ edition. The minimum purchase price was 0.01 BTC, and the maximum price was 1 BTC.

This purchase allowed for priority for Gate.io VIP and GT holders. During the first 10 minutes of the purchase, users needed to be VIP 3 and above to participate. The purchase limit was calculated based on users' GT holdings. After the first 10 minutes of the purchase, there were no VIP or GT holding requirements for participants.
