## What's the Auto-Restake Mechanism?
The Gate.io Hodl & Earn platform has enabled the auto-restake mechanism for Lock & Earn products. If you tick Auto-Restake when you subscribe to a Lock & Earn product, your principal invested in this product will be automatically reinvested into the next phase of this product when it starts, but the interest you earned will be distributed as usual. When it is restaked successfully, you'll earn based on the latest APR.

## When will it restake successfully/unsuccessfully?
If you tick Auto-Restake when you subscribe to a Lock & Earn product, the system will judge if the following conditions are met when the product expires:
①the product is still available for subscription
②there is still enough subscription quota for the product
It will restake successfully when both conditions are met; otherwise, it fails to restake.
If it restakes successfully, your principal will not be released but automatically reinvested into the next phase of the product, and the system will make a 2nd judgment when the next phase of the product expires. If it restakes unsuccessfully, you'll receive your principal immediately after it is released. In both cases, you will receive your interest as usual.

## How to turn on/off the Auto-Restake mechanism?
Turn on: Tick "Auto-Restake" to turn it on when you make a purchase.
Turn off: You can untick "Auto-Restake" anytime but one hour before the product expires to turn it off. 
Specifically, click "Hodl & Earn" - "Lend History" - "Lock & Earn" - "Locking", and then click on the button under"Auto-Restake" to turn it on/off.
