According to the FLOW team, Mainnet Spork 14 takes place on October 6, estimated from 08:00-11:00 AM PT, the Flow access nodes will be turned off during that time, services across Flow network might be intermittent for the length of the spork (usually few hours). Gate.io supports this upgrade and will suspend FLOW deposits and withdrawals during the process. Deposits and withdrawals will be resumed as soon as possible after this upgrade.
