Polkastarter is a DEX built for cross-chain token pools and auctions, enabling projects to raise capital on Polkadot. They have successfully raised $875,000 in a seed and private sale backed by NGC Ventures, Moonrock Capital, Signum Capital, and Astronaut Capital.
