Gate.io has launched KINT/USDT, KINT/ETH trading pairs, and a new version of liquidity mining pool bonuses (Automated Market Maker AMM) is now available for them. In addition, 50% of the trading fee will be added into the liquidity bonus pool; Taker and Maker fees are adjusted to 0.3% from now on; Gate.io Points reduction is not supported. What is liquidity mining?
Each trading pair market that supports Automated Market Maker (AMM) service will be equipped with a corresponding Liquidity Pool in which users will inject funds. Thus, users will automatically become liquidity providers and are indirect market makers. They can get the transaction fee dividend. Thus is the so-called liquidity mining.
What is the Automated Market Maker (AMM) mechanism?
The automatic market-making robot will work out the swap price according to the ratio of the two tokens in the pool, and the trader will directly trade at this swap price when placing an order.
