Ukrainian official: The issue of mineral agreements has not discussed the transformation of U.S. aid to Ukraine into debt.

On April 19, according to Jin10 data, Taras Kachka, the Deputy Minister of Economy and Trade Representative of Ukraine, stated in a Ukrainian television program that during the negotiations between Ukraine and the United States regarding the mineral resources protocol, no new debts or the issue of converting previous U.S. aid to Ukraine into debt have been discussed. He mentioned that there is no "debt" logic in the proposals from both the U.S. and Ukraine. He also stated that Ukraine has raised the issue of military assistance from the U.S., and it is expected that the U.S. will respond.
