How to start a live chat with Gate.io customer service agents on website:
Click the icon on the bottom-right corner on Web to enter the Gate.io Live Support window.
A window as shown below will pop up.
You will see FAQs in different categories. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, type your
question in the box below and click "Send".
If you need a real person to answer
your questions, click on "contact human customer service". Alternatively, you can type "human
customer service" and send it to request to chat with a Gate.io agent.
How to start a live chat with Gate.io customer service agents on app:
Log into your Gate.io account on App. Click the customer service icon on the top-right corner on the "Markets" page to start a live chat with our customer service agents, or click the user icon on the top-left corner, then click the customer service icon on the top-right corner .
In "Customer service connection", you will see FAQs in different categories. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, type your question in the box below and click "Submit".
If you want to talk to a human customer service agent, type "human customer service" and send the message. Then click on "Contact human customer service".
