Gate.io Startup will launch its next project with Peanut on February 10th, 2021, at 4:00 AM UTC. Please note that the sub-scrip-tion deadline is on February 10th, 2021, at 10:00 AM UTC.

1. Introduction to Peanut
Peanut is a set of smart contracts that automatically balance prices after each trade to help LPs earn more and reduce slippage with no manual effort. It divides LP assets into two parts: 90% is used for providing liquidity on Uniswap or via another DEXs 10% is used for automatic multi-level price balancing between Uniswap and other DEXs and CEXs.

Release Schedule for Tokens for PreSales &Public Sale
Pre-sale: initially 100% of presale tokens are locked. Tokens will be unlocked during 750 days - every day in equal parts, starting from the Token Release Date.
Public Sale: initially will be unlocked 3.5% of tokens at the Token Release Date. The rest amount will be unlocked during 700 days - every day in equal parts.
Token Released Date is scheduled on Feb 23, 2021.
Token Use Case：
The NUX token enables Peanut algorithms to work with assets of Liquidity providers. Liquidity providers (or regular users) should have enough NUX for the Peanut balancing mechanism to start operating their liquidity. Once profit is earned, fees will be taken from the NUX tokens at an amount of 10%.
Also Peanut will provide the buyback of NUX tokens starting from March. For this purpose we are planning to spend 10% of the net income of Peanut company. This will provide the necessary level of support for the token price: it prevents the dumping of the price and at the same time provides the needed level of price growth. Purchased tokens won’t be burned, but will be sent to a reserve fund.

2. Peanut Startup Sale Important Notices
(1) Startup Sales token release is 3.5% at token release date (scheduled on Feb 23,2021), and the remaining is released on a daily basis for 700 days. You won’t get released NUX immediately at the end of this sale.
(2) The fund raising target is 200K NUX, and total NUX supply is 2 Million NUX.
If the total valid orders exceeds 200K NUX, but no more than 2 million NUX, users will receive the full amount of the NUX tokens they ordered.
If the total valid orders exceeds 2 million NUX, users will receive a portion of their ordered NUX, proportional to their ordered quantity to the total ordered quantity.
(3) Payment Currency: USDT
USDT is used as the payment currency for this sale.
(4) The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile. The project team does not guarantee that token price will not be lower than $0.73. Please invest with caution, and don't invest beyond your financial capacity.
(5) The token will be released in a relative long time. In the event the token can't be released, Gate.io will refund users for the not released portion at the price of $0.73/NUX.
The Peanut Startup Sales Rules
(1) Order Duration: 4:00 - 10:00 AM UTC, Feb 10th, 2021
(2) To participate in Startup Sale, users will need to be VIP0 or above.
(3) The price is 0.73 USDT/NUX
(4) Users can place orders using USDT.
(5) Users can place orders from 4:00 AM UTC to - 10:00 AM UTC. Orders placed by qualified users within these 6 hours will be treated equally.
(6) Users need to ensure that there is sufficient balance (exceeding the purchase value) in accounts for the purchase after placing the orders. An insufficient balance will result in the cancellation of the purchase order.
(7) Each type of currency can only purchase once with each KYC account.
(8) After 10:00 AM UTC, we will collect all the qualified orders and calculate the result. The final result will be announced two hours later at 12:00 PM UTC.(Please note: The 3.5% NUX token swill be released at token release date, that is scheduled on 23 Feb, 2021. No transferable NUX will be received immediately after the startup sale)
(9)The fund raising target is 200K NUX.
If the project cannot fulfill its fund-raising goal ($146,000 USDT) within the given time, users will get refunded, and the project will not get listed.
If the total valid orders exceeds 200K NUX, but no more than 2 million NUX, users will receive the full amount of the NUX tokens they ordered.
If the total valid orders exceeds 2 million NUX, users will receive a portion of their ordered NUX, proportional to their ordered quantity to the total ordered quantity.
4. The New Gate.io Startup Project Exchange Listing Rules
Once the Startup project fulfills its fundraising goal, Gate.io will enable the trading service of the project. To decrease any amount of volatility during the initial trading stage, we will apply the Call Auction Mechanism. The rules are as follows:
(1) During the call auction, traders can place orders freely, but the orders will not be active immediately. The real-time reference trading price will be presented and calculated based on the Call-order price from the largest amount of trades created. During this period, the order book and the candlestick chart will show the related price range and the market movement based on the real-time reference.
(2) During the first stage of call auction, traders are allowed to place orders and cancel orders freely.
(3) To avoid market manipulation, during the second stage of call auction, orders can be placed freely by the traders, but order cancellations are prohibited.
(4) When the call auction is finished, users will not be able to place or cancel any orders. They will collect all the data and match the orders. Buy orders with prices higher than the reference price and sell orders with prices lower than the reference price will be matched and e xecuted (a portion of the orders with a higher routed price may not be matched). The remaining orders will go to the order book of the next trading stage automatically.
(5) After the call auction data collection, the s ystem will enable trading activities.
