Activity 2: For regression users only
This activity is limited to eligible regression users, Users will be ranked according to the total API trading volume, and the following rewards will be won.
Regression users: There are api volume during 2021/1/1 -5/30, but no api volume during 2021/6/1-6/24. In the meanwhile, the current VIP level does not exceed VIP10.

If the number of participants in activity2 is less than 200, each reward in activity 2 will be halved;
