Important Notice about Gate.io Startup Sale for DAO’S SHO Portion of Yield Protocol:
1. Startup supply: 1.4 Million YIELD, unlocked at TGE
2. Price: $0.025
3. Payment currency: USDG, Lockup currency: DAO
4. Eligible participants: Agree to lock up DAO for a period of 7 days.
5.Token distribution: participants get a proportional amount of YIELD tokens to their share of DAO tokens locked up on Gate.io.
6. YIELD tokens will not be released until Token Generation Event, estimated the first week in March. Users won’t get any YIELD token immediately after the Gate.io startup sale.
7.The startup sale is designed for Protocol Yield’s DAO Maker’s SHO portion.
8.The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile. The project team does not guarantee that token price will not be lower than SHO price. Please invest with caution, and don't invest beyond your financial capacity.
Rules of DAO SHO’s Portion of Yield Protocol Token on Gate.io’s Startup
(1) Order Duration: Feb 23rd 4:00AM – Feb 25th 4:00 AM UTC
(2) To participate in Startup Sale, users will agree to lock up DAO for a period of 7 days.
(3) The price is $0.025 USDG/YIELD
(4) Users can place orders by agreeing to locking up DAO for 7 days
(5) Users can place orders from Feb 23rd 4:00 AM – Feb 25th 4:00 AM UTC. Orders placed by qualified users within these 48 hours will be treated equally.
(6) Users need to ensure that there is sufficient balance of DAO (the full amount you agree to lockup for 7 days) and USDG (amount to pay for YIELD token actually purchased) in accounts for the purchase after placing the orders. An insufficient balance will result in the cancellation of the purchase order.
(7) Each individual can only purchase once with an account passing KYC.
(8) After Feb 25th 4:00 AM UTC, we will collect all the qualified orders and calculate the result and announce the result in 2 hours. USDG to pay for Participant’s YIELD token purchase will be deducted from the participant’s account and the amount of DAO the participant agrees to lockup when placing orders will be locked for 7 days.
Participants will receive a proportional amount of YIELD tokens to their share of DAO tokens locked up on Gate.io at TGE-estimated the first week in March the token generation event.

- After logging in, complete user identity verification;
- Deposit a certain amount of cryptocurrencies in your gate.io account;
