Rules and Duration:
a.) 1 lottery ticket is equal to 1 USDT
b.) Participants must be KYC1 verified in order to qualify
b.) The almighty, spooky Halloween NFT minting starts on October 31st
b.) The winner will be selected through an online random number generator tool (or alike) and announced LIVE (using any of our streaming services)
d.) Reward will be credited to the winner within 7 working days.
