Introduction to Mercurial Finance(MER)
It is stableswap on steroids. Two of the main innovations, dynamic vaults and dynamic fees enable more efficient capital allocation, and provide better risk adjusted returns to LPs. Dynamic vaults enable the deployment of pooled assets (that would ordinarily be idle) to yield generating opportunities across the Solana eco (think YFI). Dynamic fees offset the increased risk taken in these pools during turbulent markets by compensating them through increased fees. As more liquidity is provided by participants drawn in by the improved returns, the protocol can in turn offer better prices to traders, which ultimately drives greater trading volume. All of this whilst retaining Curve’s inherent low slippage for stables - a win for LPs AND Traders.No longer will LPs have to choose between earning fees or yields from other farms — with Mercurial, both can be done at the same time.

Mercurial Finance Startup Sale Rules
(1) Duration: 02:00 PM 13th May - 04:00 AM(UTC), 14th May 2021 (Orders placed by qualified users within these 14 hours will be treated equally.)
(2) To participate in Startup Sale, users will need to be VIP1 and above.
(3) Price: 0.125USDT/MER. Startup Supply :2,000,000 MER
(4) Purchase limit: The maximum sub-scrip-tion limit for a single user is 1000 shares; the relationship between the VIP level and the maximum sub-scrip-tion allocation is:
the maximum number of sub-scrip-tions (not the final actual subion number) = the square of the VIP level multiplied by 10. For example:
VIP2 users can subscribe up to 2 * 2 * 10 = 40 shares
VIP3 users can subscribe up to 3 * 3 * 10 = 90 shares
(5) Users place orders using USDT.
(6) Users can place orders from 02:00 PM 13th May - 04:00 AM(UTC), 14th May 2021. Orders placed by qualified users within these 14 hours will be treated equally.
(7) Users need to ensure that there is sufficient balance (exceeding the purchase value) in accounts for the purchase after placing the orders until we announce the sale result. An insufficient balance will result in the cancellation of the purchase order.
(8) Each type of currency can only purchase once with each KYC account.
(9) After 4:00 AM 14th May 2021(UTC), we will collect all the qualified orders and distribute the tokens according to the ratio of the individual purchase orders to the purchase orders in total. The final result will be announced two hours later at 06:00 AM 14th May 2021(UTC)
