Gate.io has launched a new MMR Stop-Loss feature on the app for contract trading. Designed to enhance user risk management, this feature allows investors to protect assets more efficiently and optimize trading strategies.

### Feature Overview
The MMR Stop-Loss feature is a stop-loss function based on margin ratio. Users can set an MMR trigger threshold (between 110% and 900%) according to their needs. For example, setting a threshold of 385% on a BTCUSDT long position will automatically trigger a close when the MMR drops to 385% or below, keeping trading risk within manageable limits.

### Feature Advantages
**1. Precise Risk Control to Prevent Excessive Losses**
MMR Stop-Loss allows users to define maximum tolerable losses, effectively reducing liquidation risks by setting stop-loss thresholds to protect positions during unfavorable market changes.
**2. Enhanced Trading Efficiency with Automated Market Response**
This feature monitors contract account funds and risk conditions in real time. When the set threshold is reached, the system will automatically execute a close, allowing users to respond quickly to market fluctuations without manual intervention, helping to prevent losses due to delays.
**3. Flexible Strategy Customization to Meet Diverse Market Needs**
Investors can set MMR stop-loss parameters based on the market environment, trading pair, and individual risk tolerance, enabling quick strategy adjustments to adapt to rapidly changing markets.

### Important Notes
**- Applicable Range: **The current MMR Stop-Loss feature supports USDT perpetual and BTC perpetual contracts under the contract classic account mode.
**- Applicable Mode: **Only cross-margin mode supports MMR Stop-Loss settings; isolated margin mode is currently unsupported. If users switch positions from cross-margin to isolated margin mode, the corresponding MMR stop-loss order will be automatically canceled.
**- Trigger Mechanism: **MMR Stop-Loss is configured based on market positions. When triggered, the system will close the respective position.
**- Market Volatility Warning: **In cases of extreme market fluctuations where the MMR value instantly drops to 100%, forced liquidation may occur, and MMR stop-loss may not execute as intended. Please be cautious.
