Rules
1) Each day after 9:00 UTC, we will calculate the competition results of the past 24 hours.
2) No extra limit with regard to the funds that you deposit, nor the leverage ratio you can apply. To win a prize, the minimum daily earning should be 100 USDT at least. The Top 3 traders by ROI (earnings/total investment) will be awarded 400 GT, 300 GT and 100 GT respectively, 4th-80th 24 GT each.
3) Each account must place at least 1 order and 60 orders at most in a daily competition; orders that are placed and cancelled without any portion filled are not eligible.

Important Notice:
1) We calculate the cumulative earnings of the following perpetual contracts: BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, FIL/USDT, BCH/USDT, LINK/USDT, BSV/USDT, DOT/USDT, UNI/USDT, and SUSHI/USDT. Earning includes unrealized PNL, realized PNL, funding payment and trading fees.
2) The total investment =Initial account holdings (including unrealized PNL)+ Funds transferred in during the competition period
3) Gate.io has the right to disqualify any account that is cheating, by either pumping profits into one account, or manipulating the market price, etc.

About Margin Currency Types in Gate.io Perpetual Contract Market
Currently, there are two margin currencies, BTC and USDT, in Gate.io perpetual contract markets. Based on the margin currency, we group perpetual contracts into two separate groups, USDTmargined perpetual Contracts and BTCmargined Perpetual respectively. To trade any BTC margined perpetual contract, you have to transfer in BTC to your BTC Perpetual Contracts Account as margin, where PNL is also settled in BTC. To trade any USDT margined perpetual contracts, you have to transfer in funds to your USDT Perpetual Contracts Account, where PNL is also settled in USDT. USDT margined perpetual, using a stablecoin as margin and currency to settle Profit and Loss, they eliminate the volatility in return caused by BTC price fluctuations, which are considered a better fit to beginners.
