To celebrate our 8th anniversary milestone Gate.io will hold a series of trading activities on spot, contract and copy trading competitions. Join the celebration and share unlimited rewards.
Gate. io's 8th Anniversary Quantitative Trading Competition launches today, with a total prize pool of $40,000 ! We invite all types of strategic trading masters to gather at the “Gate. io Quantitative”, compete with each other, and start your journey of unlimited rewards!
Duration
From April 18 00:00 AM — April 26 00:00 AM UTC, (8 days in total), there will be separate competition and ranking on a daily basis.
RULES
Activity 1: Quantify novice, share $3,000 rewards
During the campaign, users that trade with the quantitative strategy for the first time (any trading strategy) and complete a transaction of ≥100USDT will be rewarded with $10 in random tokens. The top 300 will be limited to first come, first served. ( Participate in link)
* Newbie rewards for this activity can not be obtained at the same time as other rewards of the same type
Activity 2: Quantify master, win $40,000 rewards
1) During the activity, all strategies will be combined for statistics. In order to ensure the fairness of the competition, the profit currency will be uniformly converted into USDT.
2) Each daily competition will be ranked according to the profit ratio (profit/total principal)
3) The minimum profit must be 50USDT
4) The effective order times shall be at least once per day ；orders that are placed and cancelled without a portion being filled are not eligible.
The top 100 users who participate in the quantitative trading competition every day will be rewarded according to their ranking. During the activity, they will be regarded as valid participants if they forward trading activity on Gate.io to Twitter/Facebook/Telegram or other social media. (Participate in link)
Important notice:
1) We calculate the earning of an account per strategy it uses. Earning from different strategies will be accumulates(Strategies are: the spot grid trading, the perpetual contract grid trading, the MACD strategy, or the dual moving average respectively ). Earning includes unrealized PNL, realized PNL and fees
2) The total investment = total amount put in the strategy (strategy may be the spot grid trading, the perpetual contract grid trading, the MACD strategy or the dual moving average)
3) For the sake of fairness of the competition, any abnormal trading behavior such as profit diversion through other accounts will be excluded, and the reward will be sent to the next qualifying user.
4) One trader can only use one account to participate in the competition. Gate.io has the right to disqualify any account that is cheating, such as pumping profits into one account, or manipulating the market price, etc.
5) Each day after 00:00 AM UTC, we will calculate the competition results of the past 24 hours.
6) The rewards will be delivered to the wallet account within 14 working days after the event and Users can go to “Billing Details”to view what rewards they have received.
7）The activity data shall be subject to a verificatrion process by the Gate.io team
8）The activity reward is equivalent to the corresponding token, which will be converted according to the closing price on the end day of the activity.
